Country House self-contained prices are on a group-of-up-to-4 basis. Cottage self-contained prices are on a two person basis. Both the Cottage and the Country House have a minimum two night stay during off-peak periods and a minimum four night stay over Christmas and Easter. Children under 5 do not incur the ‘extra person charge’. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings: Cancellations notified 21-60 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 7-21 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of deposit. Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations after planned arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff. All tariffs are subject to change.

    BOOKING POLICY
    Accommodation is available for guests from 2pm the day of arrival and should be kindly vacated by 10am on the day of departure. All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit. Tentative bookings can only be held for 7 days without a confirming deposit. Both the cottage and the guesthouse have a two night minimum stay and a four night minimum stay over Christmas and Easter.

    Classy property that could not be faulted, with excellent views westward to the mountains.
    Spacious rooms. Wonderful log fires in both the dining room and living area (with wood and firestarters supplied), augmented with electric heating as well. TVs and DVD player were good, with no problems connecting laptop computers for showing photographs and slideshows. The house had an old world charm despite the modern facilities. We would have no hesitation going back, or recommending it to others.
