BOOKING TERMS

Term and conditions of short term accommodation apply and will be forwarded when confirmed bookings are being made.

Cancellation Policy
Standard industry cancellation fees apply to all bookings: Cancellations notified 21-60 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 7-21 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of deposit. Cancellations notified less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations after planned arrival will forfeit 100% of the total tariff. All tariffs are subject to change.

Booking Policy
Accommodation is available for guests from 2pm the day of arrival and should be kindly vacated by 10am on the day of departure. All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit. Tentative bookings can only be held for 7 days without a confirming deposit. Both the cottage and the guesthouse have a two night minimum stay and a four night minimum stay over Christmas and Easter.

No Parties Policy

This information will be collected with your knowledge and participation by submitting an enquiry form. We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes and don’t set a particular time limit on storing information because we need it for future reference.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. These analytics gather information about website use by means of cookies which collect anonymous data. The information gathered relating to The Knoll Moruya website is used to create reports about the use of our website.
